Pro 和 Free 有什么区别？
免费版提供完整的 Markdown 阅读 / 编辑 / 分屏 / 预览体验，以及文件夹浏览与导出。Pro 在此之上解锁：AI 写作助手（润色 / 续写 / 翻译 / 生成）、全库文档问答（带出处引用）、微信公众号一键发布、Wiki 双链 + 反向链接。详见 功能对比表。
Pro 是订阅制吗？
不是。一次买断，通过 Mac App Store 购买后即可永久使用，包括后续的 Pro 功能更新。
我的文档会上传到云端吗？
不会。mdpeek Pro 是本地优先应用：所有文档只保存在你自己的 Mac 上，应用不收集任何数据、默认零网络请求。AI 功能仅在你自己配置了 AI 接口后才联网，且只发送你明确要求处理的内容。详见 隐私政策。
AI 功能需要额外付费吗？
mdpeek Pro 不包含 AI 服务费用。AI 功能接入的是你自己的 API 端点与密钥（如 OpenAI、DeepSeek 或自建服务），费用由你的服务商直接收取，数据也只发往你指定的端点。
支持哪些文件？能否管理整个文件夹？
支持标准 Markdown（.md / .markdown）文件。既可以打开单个文件快速阅读，也可以打开整个文件夹作为知识库浏览，配合 Pro 的全库问答与 Wiki 双链使用效果更佳。
文档统计与大纲功能怎么用？
打开任意文档后，Pro 版会在底部状态栏实时显示字数 / 字符 / 段落统计；打开大纲面板即可按标题层级快速跳转长文的任意章节。全部计算在你的 Mac 本地完成。
为什么应用请求"文件访问"权限？
mdpeek Pro 运行在 macOS App Sandbox 中，只有当你主动通过打开 / 保存对话框选择文件或文件夹时才能访问它们（macOS 的安全作用域机制）。你可以选择让应用记住这些文件夹，也可以随时撤销。
在多少台设备上可以使用？
通过 Mac App Store 购买后，使用你的 Apple ID 即可在你名下的所有 Mac 上安装使用（同一 Apple ID 的设备数量限制以苹果政策为准）。
如何退款？
App Store 内购买遵循苹果的退款政策，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请退款。

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Pro and Free?
The free version offers the complete Markdown read / edit / split / preview experience plus folder browsing and export. Pro unlocks on top of that: the AI writing assistant (polish / continue / translate / generate), vault-wide Q&A (with source citations), one-click WeChat publishing, and wiki backlinks + inverse-link panel. Is Pro a subscription?
No. It's a one-time purchase. Buy once on the Mac App Store and use it forever, including future Pro feature updates.
Are my documents uploaded to the cloud?
No. mdpeek Pro is local-first: all documents stay on your own Mac. The app collects no data and makes zero network requests by default. AI features only use the network after you configure your own AI endpoint, and only send content you explicitly request. See the privacy policy.
Does the AI feature cost extra?
mdpeek Pro doesn't include AI service fees. AI features connect to your own API endpoint and key (OpenAI, DeepSeek, or a self-hosted service). Fees are charged directly by your provider, and data goes only to the endpoint you specify.
Which files are supported? Can it manage a whole folder?
Standard Markdown (.md / .markdown) files. Open a single file for quick reading, or open an entire folder as a knowledge base — even better combined with Pro's vault Q&A and wiki backlinks.
How do document stats & the outline work?
With any document open, Pro shows live word / character / paragraph counts in the status bar. Open the outline panel to jump to any section of a long document by its heading hierarchy. All computed locally on your Mac.
Why does the app ask for "file access" permission?
mdpeek Pro runs in the macOS App Sandbox and can only touch files or folders you explicitly pick in open/save dialogs (macOS security-scoped access). You can let the app remember these folders and revoke access at any time.
How many devices can I use it on?
After purchasing on the Mac App Store, install it on any Mac signed in with your Apple ID (subject to Apple's device limits per Apple ID).
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
